Filling technical description for filling line:
filling  technicas and structure is designed and innovated by ourselves. It adopts
huge fluent filling and repair quantify filling . filling valve is SUS fine casting process,
it has air proof ring to avoid attrition of the metal .it is management by cylinder , and it is
stabilization . in the filling process, barrel right after washing transportation  to covey barrel screw.
The covey barrel screw aside the barrel equality to star-wheel. The star-wheel guide the
barrel to filling program.  When the filling cylinder satisfy journey change,  cylinder moves
down to open filling valve.  Filling valve begin to fill. Soon after filling , cylinder meet with journey
switch once more and move up. Filling valve shut. The barrel soon after filling export by star-wheel.
And transportation to capping machine by chains. Filling elements has 12 filling valves to fulfill the speed of the equipment  at the exact same time , liquid placement  is nicety due to the fact of controlling by journey change.
